Our Services

We take your worn out blunt rock breaker moils and chisels, heat them up over 1250 degrees and hammer them back to shape, then we harden the working edge using our tried and tested unique method to ensure maximum tool life. Not only is this process quicker and cheaper than buying a new tool, it also gives you a much tougher, much stronger, and much harder product. By having moils/chisels forged by us it actually changes the internal structure of the steel, compacting it and making it stronger. When these tools are originally manufactured the working ends are cut off and machined, this weakens the steel and promotes wearing far quicker than a forged and hardened moils/chisel.

We can also manufacture custom tools to suit specific applications such as; rounded convex or flat ends, working end favouring one side/off center, extra wide chisels for job applications like tile removing, extra long/short tools and much more. We can do this using pre bought moils/chisels or fully custom manufacture our own for you.
